Return Requirements:

Our hearing devices are covered by a money-back satisfaction guarantee and a 1 year manufacturer's warranty. Hearing aid(s) returns are accepted within 30 days for a purchase refund, be sure to include the device, all accessories, and product packaging when returning an item. A refund will be provided minus shipping and handling costs plus a $25 fee for devices returned without accessories and packaging. If the hearing device or equipment is returned damaged, we reserve the right to decline returned merchandise or assess a 10% Damaged Goods Fee to be subtracted from the return amount.

Credit Refund

Return shipping will be paid by customer. You should expect to receive your refund within 7-10 days of ReadyWear Express receiving your return merchandise. Refunds are credited to the credit card used for original purchase. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request. Shipping fees are not refunded.

When you place an order, shipping will be charged unless item is sold as a promotional item tagged "free shipping included". Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. We use all major methods of shipping and try to send your merchandise the least expensive method without compromising delivery time and handling quality.
