Hearing aid(s)  returns are accepted within 30 days for a purchase refund, be sure to include the device, all accessories, and product packaging when returning an item. A refund will be provided minus the cost of shipping and a $25 fee for devices returned without accessories and packaging. If the hearing device or equipment is returned damaged, we reserve the right to decline returned merchandise or assess a 10% Damaged Goods Fee to be subtracted from the return amount.
